These records are metalized gold and platinum records, made from laminated vinyl and ultra-high-quality metalized Mylar film. These are the same records that you see hanging on the walls of record companies, artists’ homes, recording studios, and Hard Rock Cafes. Now you can have one on your wall.
Gold and Silver/Platinum Record Awards are available in a variety of styles. Prices for the large record (LP) start at $300.00. The standard size frame for this price is 17 x 20. Larger frames must be quoted. Smaller records, 45’s start as low as $200.00.

Celebrating an anniversary with your love story as the record label, announcing a music release, graduation, sporting event, or commemorating a special achievement or performance? We have an in-house designer who will create your artwork.

Gold or Platinum Large Records
We make every label, frame, and printed plate just for you. The record is a genuine vinyl record, produced using the same process as the RIAA Awards. We offer creative design options that will make your artwork stand out.
Large Gold Record Awards
Large Platinum or Gold Records for one start at $300.00. NO setup for the standard layout. If you require a more customized design, we charge $100 for art services. Production is 10 – 12 days, and rush service is available. Two free proofs, so make sure your information is correct.

Is Awardpro.com affiliated with RIAA?
No! Awardpro makes custom platinum and gold record awards available to bands, companies or anyone who wouldn’t have the opportunity to receive an official RIAA award. Our awards are not registered with the RIAA and are a high-quality novelty.
Will you make me a Custom Record Award of my favorite band or artist
(Beatles, Elvis , etc)?
Absolutely not.
How long do orders take? When payment and artwork is received, construction of your personalized award starts immediately. With proofing and shipping, your award usually takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive from the day its ordered. Worth the wait!
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel your order 2 days or more after your order was placed, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unhappy with your award and would like a refund we will refund you your money once we receive the award back in the condition it was sent. But it must be within 5 days from the day that you received it. By the way, this has never happened.
Can I customize the plaque with my own sales numbers ? YES. Your plaque is customized just for you. I will help you design the record album, label and/or CD Cover. This is too important to not make it over the top special.
How do I submit my album and record sticker artwork?
E-mail high-resolution jpeg artwork to awardpro@gmail.com. I have a full-time graphic artist on staff to help you with your design.
Don’t forget to put the Last Name on your order in the title of your e-mail.
Can I order over the phone?
No. The order must be placed via email in writing. You may also fax your layout to (949) 645-3190
How do I pay for my Award?
Call us or send us a phone number and we can do the credit card transaction over the phone but not the order. The order must be paid for before work can begin.
What size is the final product?
Depends on which one you order. I can make it any size you want though.
Is there a discount for quantity orders?
Yes. Please contact us with the quantity you need.
Do you ship outside the U.S.A.?
Yes. Please contact us if you live anywhere besides the U.S.A. or Canada.
How much is shipping? Depends on where it is going.
Do we offer rush service? Yes. We ship from Los Angles or Florida and we will do anything we can to get it to you fast. But once it leaves our warehouse and is put in the hands of FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for delays.
