Can we print custom labels and record covers? Yes, custom labels and record covers are available for achievement awards, gifts, and special events. A one-time $50 setup charge applies if you do not have a CD Cover or you do not have any art and we need to create it. Simply create your artwork and send it to us as a hi-res jpeg attachment. The trim size for the LP records is 4 1/16in diameter. For the 45 rpm records, the trim size is 3 9/16in. diameter. Place a small black dot in the exact center of the label artwork so we can align our die-cutting machine. For the LP cover the art is 12″ x 12″, the CD Cover is 5″ x 5″ or just add a photo. We also offer graphic design services for custom labels, LP covers, and CD covers. A basic design is $50, and includes the name of a “record company” printed in the top portion of the label, and a few lines in the lower portion, such as a “song title” and artist. We will provide two proofs, after this the cost is $35 – $50 each. We will do everything we can to help you get it right the first time.
How do I submit my album and record sticker artwork? E-mail high 300 dpi resolution jpeg artwork to awardpro@gmail.com. I have a full-time graphic artist on staff to help you with your design. Don’t forget to put the Purchase Order number on your order. We will gladly provide two free proofs at no charge. If we make the mistake then we will gladly

How long do orders take? When payment and artwork are received, the construction of your personalized award starts immediately. With proofing and shipping, your award usually takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive from the day it’s ordered. Worth the wait!
Cancelation Policy Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm PST) to cancel your order for a full refund. If canceled within 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Orders cannot be canceled once proofs have been sent for approval unless prior authorization is received. If you are unhappy with your award and would like a refund we will refund you your money once we receive the award back in the condition it was sent. But it must be within 5 days from the day that you received it. By the way, this has never happened. Can I customize the plaque with my own sales numbers? YES. Your plaque is customized just for you. I will help you design the record album, label, and/or CD Cover. This is too important to not make it over the top special. Can I order over the phone?
