You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm PST) to cancel your order for a full refund. If canceled within 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Orders cannot be canceled once proofs have been sent for approval unless prior authorization is received.

 If you are unhappy with your award and would like a refund we will refund you your money once we receive the award back in the condition it was sent. You pay for shipping it back. But it must be within 5 days from the day that you received it. By the way, this has never happened.
